I used Dovis 4 years ago to fix a leak in my bath tub. It was expensive then (over $500). They offered several repair options at that time and, after I chose the cheapest one, informed me that the fix would be temporary since I have an old house. I called them again for the same problem since I was impressed by their professionalism. They scheduled my appointment very promptly for the next day and Willie, the plumber, was very courteous and clear with his explanations. I again chose the cheapest option but, this time, it came to $738. Since it was a bad leak (over 5 gallons an hour), I went ahead with the job. I would highly recommend Dovis if you happen to be wealthy and obviously their target clientele. I notice in their verbal responses that they describe themselves, accurately, as a premium service. Personally, I am priced out and will be looking elsewhere next time.
