The staff at Hammond are top in their field. Did a great job on my patio. They respond promptly when you contact them. Seth was awesome from the start. Thank you so much, I know they will take care of any concerns I have. Keep up the great work.
Salesperson never followed up even after three calls. Also spoke to manager who say she would get back to us. Never heard from her either. Needed assistance to submit approval to HOA association. Salesperson said Hammond did not provide any assistance. In a word the service sucked. We wanted to have Hammond do our patio because we were prior happy customers. Hope you take this feedback to heart and make some adjustments. Also would like to see post this response.
I have owned my home since 1997 and have hired many company's. I'm happy to say Hammond screening was probably 1 of 3 I actually trusted and enjoyed. Everything was done to perfection. If there is a problem, they r right on it. They will be with me forever! Thank you Hammond Screening
