Lord’s a/c

Our nest a/c was showing an error, and it needed a service anyway, Freon check etc. so called on Edgar, who did our ac for our warehouse a couple of years ago. In all honesty, the first guy that came was not great, seemed in a real hurry to be done (although the helper was great) - and was not friendly at all - so when the same error message showed up on the weekend, we contacted Edgar and he sent another couple of guys yesterday morning who were much more thorough. We thought everything was resolved but again, unfortunately, same error message showed up yesterday afternoon - called Edgar and he sent out another guy (Rennie) almost immediately - turns out the pump was faulty, and luckily Rennie had a new one with him - swapped it out and so far so good!!!! I know that if there are problems with it, I only have to call Edgar and he'll be right on it. He will do what it takes to resolve issues - Thanks Edgar!!!

Amazing service, on time, and did a great job for a WAY better price than these other companies. I’ve used a few A/C companies and no one could figure out my issue, but Edgar came and was able to diagnose, and fix it the same day. Thank you!!
