Called Edgar at about 8:15am on a Sunday (summer time). He returned my call within 10 minutes and had my AC fixed by 9:30am. Incredible service. No up charge for weekend/sunday call. Honest and professional. Service: A/C system repair
We had an AC unit replaced. They were fast and very reasonable.
Needed my A/C serviced quickly, 98 Degrees & Hot!!! Called Lord's A/C first thing this morning. Edgar said that he would be here between 2-4 pm. He's was running late and called to tell me that he was in route. That should be a standard business practice with service companies to call the customer with ETA updates and not keeping the customer waiting. Edgar knew exactly what my issue was and within 15 minutes the unit was blowing cold air again. The Fantastic Job!! Great Service!! I Highly Recommend Lord's A/C.
