I've been a Lyons Roofing customer since 2009. They've done repairs on my old roof a few times over the years. At one point, we decided it was time to just replace the whole thing, and they did the work for that as well. In every one of these efforts, they have been polite, professional, helpful, and punctual. After many years, one of my attic fans started making a rubbing noise. Despite this being a non-warranty item, they were willing to come out and help diagnose the issue, since they were more comfortable with walking my roof and going through my attic. I'm happy to report that while they were up there, they were able to identify what was rubbing and were able to fix it. Many contracts are overworked and overwhelmed these days, and you can see the impact in their customer service. Dealing with Lyons Roofing has been a breath of fresh air. I spoke with Jackie on the phone, she was so prompt and helpful! Prices were great compared to some other companies I looked into in the area. Couldn't be happier. Service was great, workers were friendly. Honestly, such a refreshing experience. Roof problems can leave you really stressed so I was happy to find a company that took care of everything.

We call Lyons Roofing late afternoon and they had a tech early the next day come out. Alex came by, he did a an inspection and help us figure out where the water damage was coming from. We where convince that it was coming all way from the roof, but Alex was able to help us out and determined it was from our shower and not the roof. He was very professional and gave us great advice on how to fix the issue. Overall a great experienced ????
