James was here and he install my new pipe valve so I won’t have a leak in the shower and he replaced my faucet as well. The services of this company are impeccable and James did an excellent job. We had a leak under our sink. After investigating, my husband isolated the leak and determined it couldn't possibly be from the garbage disposal, it was from the faucet. We called Sunshine Plumbing and Robert made a repair call to our home on 6/28/2023. My husband told Robert that he had isolated the leak and it was not the disposal. Nevertheless, the invoice states "Found disposal leaking water". He charged us $125 and we paid (I don't know why). We then had another plumber come who found it was the faucet. We replaced the faucet and no more leak. I contacted Sunshine Plumbing via their website to request a refund of the service call. Robert misdiagnosed the problem despite the information he was given. They never answered my request in any way. I do not believe they are entitled to keep our money for not knowing how to do their job.

Richard from sunshine plumbing did a great job and was thorough and kept things clean as he did the job. They were knowledgeable in their craft. People at the company were great. But the company prices are a little pricey. Service: Drain cleaning
