Mid Florida A/C

I called on Mid Florida A/C for help TWO TIMES this week and each was a very positive experience. First, the A/C at my home was not cooling effectively and then the very next day my Aunt had a problem with the A/C system at her home, which wasn't blowing any air at all. AL TAYLOR was awesome at my home on the first day. And then ADAM was equally amazing at my Aunt's home the following day. Both Adam and Al were prompt and extremely friendly and helpful and, in each case, they thoroughly explained what the problem was, presented all available options, and performed the work necessary to get each system up and running the same day. AL Taylor the Senior tech at Mid FL Air was great. We had a bad capacitor that he replaced for us. He was very informative and gave us lots of options since our unit is 10 years old. But he was able to get us going again until we are ready to buy a new system. He was very sweet with our family and our dog Bruce. Thanks Al, we will be requesting him in the future.
