Run don't walk away from this company. They installed a roof on my home 5 years ago and I've developed several leaks. When you spend a lot of money on a roof and it comes with a warranty you don't expect leaks! but if so, you expect the company to come and repair it promptly. It's been over 2 weeks and I've not had any response. This is what you dread having happen with a roofer. I have a photo of a wet spot in the middle of my dining room ceiling but it’s hard to get a good photo, white on white, and another leak in my living room that I cosmetically painted over because my house was on the market, until these leaks forced me to take it off. Pat came out in between the holiday's and racing motorcycles on the Isle Of Man to also assess a problem we were having with our patio roof. Southern had a back log of jobs so we were scheduled for the beginning of March, but an early opportunity opened up..Start Feb 17th , finished and inspected by Feb 24th. We had a re-roof done 18 years ago when we purchased this house..What a difference in professionalism and quality of work with this company. This process was painless compared to the experience we had previously, So painless I could do it again next week!! Great Job, Thank you again.

Investing in a new roof is nerve-racking, because you read about so many scams and ripoffs. Southern Coast Enterprises gave me confidence there are still good businesses out there! The quoted price was the FINAL price, they got to work IMMEDIATELY after the Naples Blend tile I wanted arrived, and even though my house is very old, there were no excuses to slow down the process. Quality was superb, and they always answered the phone for any questions I had. So professional, knowledgeable and efficient workers, and AMAZING end result. I am so grateful for their integrity.
