My wife and I recently purchased a home in Boynton Beach Florida. It was built six years ago. Within four weeks of moving in there was a leak in the roof which gutted part of the kitchen ceiling. Solar panels had been installed by the previous owner three months prior to our move. I had used Graboski Roofing in the past with my previous home and was always extremely pleased with the quality of their work. George came out to my home and did a thorough inspection of my roof and the attic and there was no doubt that the leak was caused by the poor and shotty installation of the solar panels. Pictures that were taken indicated that the Solar Panel Company attempted to hide their sloppy work by calking areas in the attic to hide the fact that proper sealing was not done. Graboski Roofing promptly sent me their findings including well documented pictures of the poor installation which I provided to my Attorney. Horrible. Please do not use Groboski!! They installed a new rood and a year later the tiles are crumbling. We have tried numerous times to have them respond though they do not call back or respond after repeated promises to evaluate. Their warranty is worth zero and obviously just a sales tactic. 28K and no response? I will be reporting them to Palm Beach Building Department, BBB, and my development. Really?
