My first impression was unacceptable. The owner himself had every excuse possible not to do the job. However I still understood his situation and gave him the benefit of the doubt so we made the appointment for 10:30AM I give a a star because He did show up in time but it was all for nothing. First Words out of his mouth was to complain about the size of the water heater and to top it off makes the statement of “I cannot guarantee installation” because The new unit, “which I purchased” is the same exact one and I should have gone with the tankless heater ??? Seriously? What type of pluming business is this? The owner himself is limited! I would never recommend this company. On the contrary, I will make sure anyone I know do not bother looking into this company and They will also let everyone they know not to bother calling this company for any type of business at all.
Ken was unable to help me with my water heater due to the solar power components installed on it, but he was able to come and review with very short notice and was very professional. Service: Water heater repair
