I called after having my drainage backup and attempting to clear the drain myself to no avail. I called and explained my situation, and within an hour they arrived, and within a half hour my drainage problem was solved. He had to snake from the roof vent after an attempt inside didn’t cut it. Best service I’ve received in a long time, recommend a thousand times over for any plumbing need you may have. Service: Drain cleaning

I used this plumber 2 times. First time was great cleared up lines no issue. I called them back next time I had issue. They came same day but couldn't clear issue. I paid them for time and said they would come back Monday and look at venting issues. Monday came and went no show. Called and was told next Monday no show again. Called and spoke to owner who said they were busy and could come following week no show again. I paid $280 for them to pull a toliet snake a line but still have a toliet that doesn't flush solids. Calling another plumber it's been 5 weeks at this point. Can not recommend them anymore. At least call and say you can't come so we are not waiting all day taking time off work. Three no shows is so unprofessional. I get your busy but so am I.

Johnny Gonzalez plumbing came out and fixed an outdoor pipe leak at our house for HALF of what Frank Gay quoted! The two men that came out were very professional, quick, and personable.
