After suffering a partial roof failure last summer, I spent much time looking for roof repairs. The only company that was willing to do what the customer needed which was repair work was RDG. Chris came out got the information he needed and gave me a price. This year I replaced the 18-year-old roof and of course had lots of bids for my business. Two roofs replaced by RDG in the last 60 days, RDG upcharged each roof by over $2,000. It appears that it is their business practice to bid low and then up charge the customer after the roof is started leaving the customer with no recourse, I will look for a different roofer in the future.
