Absolutely scumbag salesman. On drugs for sure. They don't listen to the customer and I want a refund! Stay far away! Clearly unethical and out to rip off anyone and everyone. Prey on women and dismiss questions from a knowledgeable man. Disgusting they are out here ripping off our community. We still have issues with our refrigerator that we're not addressed. Their labor rate is $200/hr by the way! You cam buy a new appliance for the cost of repair. Don't call them!

We could not be happier with the service we have received multiple times now from both the owner and employees of this company. The prices are more than fair, and they are always kind and communicative. When our fridge broke after they attempted to fix it and we had to replace it, they went above and beyond to make up for the fact we had to buy a new refrigerator even though it was not their fault it failed after repair (separate issue). They made up for it with a few small free services to help us out, and they have earned our loyalty. They are responsive and if they can’t come the same day we call, they always come the day after. They also have emergency hour services beyond their business hours. We truly recommend them above other companies we contacted in the area. THIS IS THE REVIEW YOUR LOOKING FOR! These guys are what it means to value your work and your customers. Our dryer blew several parts over the course of a few months. Come to find out the house vents were the issue (apparently very common)! Our rental company left us high and dry, but not these guys. They responded to every message promptly, even got back to me on a day off when the part had blown again, to discuss setting up a follow up to replace it. They claimed to stand by their work and their customers, and not only did they replace the part, the assisted me in learning what CAUSED the problem and helped and fixed that too. The agent James was extensively knowledgeable in his field, and earnestly took the time to educate me about the issues I’ve dealt with and how to resolve them best.
