Amazing work by Rhonda. Called and spoke with Jim and he had his office manager call me to schedule an appt. I asked to put me on a wait list in case an appt opened up and the office manager Heather called the same day and was able to schedule an appt two days sooner than expected! This is a prime example of superior customer service. Rhonda arrived on time was very professional and efficient. They are now saved on my phone and only plumber I would call in the future! Definitely recommend.
I was referred to My Personal Plumber by a friend. I needed replacement of a water heater, 2 bathroom sinks and faucets and and a kitchen faucet. Jim provided an estimate and answered all my questions. Heather scheduled the work to be done and coordinated the water heater delivery. Rhonda completed the work. She was very knowledgeable, conscientious, courteous and professional. It was a successfully coordinated team effort. Rhonda removed an older kitchen faucet and replaced. This was not an easy installation due to a reverse osmosis system under the sink. The lines were not easy to get to either. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for such great service! Service: Faucet installation
