Honest, professional and a business with INTEGRITY! Fifteen years ago, Buddy and his crew put a new roof on our former home. I was impressed with their quality work, price and communication. Recently, when our new home experienced a leak, I called and was offered a free estimate. Alex came out, was on time and a true professional. He found the source of the leak which was very minor. To my surprise he told me how I could fix it myself or said he could have it repaired the next day by one of their crews. Integrity and Customer service still exist. Exceptional service from start to finish. Buddy’s came out to my home in Pasco did their free inspection and had an estimate to me within a day. I selected them after doing my research and am very happy with the entire process. From my initial contact with Crystal she made the process simple and easy to understand. Anytime I had a question while I was waiting for my installation date the responses and Communication were excellent. The workers arrived on time early am as promised both days. The job was completely finished within the timeframe promised and the crew cleaned up everything and left my entire property cleared and free of all debris. I am a customer for life.
