Waited 3 hours during our appointment window and nobody ever showed up. Called the office to cancel the appointment and they did not seem to care. I would recommend looking for another reliable company.

I had my new AC Unit installed. They did an excellent job. However, after "routine" preventive maintenance I found the ceiling below the air handler was soaking wet and a "river" was flowing in my garage. On Sept. 3 their man came out and fixed apparently a drain fitting allowing the flow outside. He took photos of the ceiling damaged and informed someone would come out to repair the ceiling. as of this date, 11/22/2022 I have had no response. Service: A/C system maintenance
