Cool Wizard Air Conditioning

Got our ac fixed within a couple hours of calling on a Monday! Robert was friendly and explained everything he was doing. It’s hard to find good service people these days, but this company was great. We will definitely be using cool wizard for our future ac needs!

A great weekend experience having them out on a Sunday. Quick response time, professional and reasonable. Tech was able to diagnose issue quickly. Will absolutely call them again!

We were referred to Cool Wizard by friends who had used them before. We started calling companies at 8 on a hot August Saturday morning. Most of them told us they'd call back as soon as they knew when someone would be able to come to the house to check our AC. Others said it would be at least Monday before someone could come take a look. Fortunately for us, Cool Wizard said they could be out by 2 that afternoon. Excellent! I'll take a few hours of feeling uncomfortable over several days! Even better? They called back about an hour later to let us know they had a cancelation and would be able to get to us even sooner. It was a quick and easy fix with a part he had on hand. A complete outside unit clean up, a check of the inside equipment, and our house was nice and cool on a hot August day! Highly recommend and thank you!
