The team did a really good job. Professional and nice. Rob and Chance were very helpful.
Had them out after some negative experience with another provider (stuff happens sometimes). Reception was great, they asked a lot of information and the tech came prepared. Very professional, neat and friendly person. Bonus apparently I had an old service contract that had not expired, they reminded me of that and covered my issue under the contract. Mike, the tech from Veterans, answered my million questions, vacuumed out the gunk in the line, cleaned the coil, replaced the capacitor, inspected my duct work, and gave me an estimate for a new system per my request. He didn’t oversell and was very informative and helpful. Our unit is 14 years old, so it may have some years left in it. From the moment, Sarah scheduled my appointment, I could tell this company is focused on customer service and clear communication. Kudos to them. Service: HVAC system maintenance
