Everything at Anderson Performance, from the owner, to the staff, to the service providers, was excellent. The installation was on time, friendly, and very professional. They have always been responsive and helpful when I called to ask questions about how to operate my new system correctly, or with any other inquiries I had. For the six month service, the technician, Zack, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and focused. He found several things that needed to be adjusted, showed me what these were before and afterwards, and how to look for clues if anything was not functioning properly. Recently had Anderson install a new AC unit at our house and have been very happy with it. First off, they offer the best prices around. Other companies quoted us double what Anderson offered, which is beyond crazy. Secondly, they know their stuff! I had a couple of questions regarding the quote/units they offered us and not only did the gentleman I spoke to (can't recall his name) answered all my questions, but he provided valuable input as well. The unit we decided to go with had to be shipped to them and they still were able to install everything within 4 days! They checked all our lines for leaks before installing; they're very thorough. They even noticed a faulty wire while installing and replaced it immediately. Been about 3 weeks now and the new unit is working great and we definitely notice an upgrade compared to our previous one. Anderson is now our go to place for our HVAC needs!
