Grande Aire Services Inc. - Englewood

A/C died 9:30 Friday evening. Called Grande Aire who we had a maintenance contract with. Tech called back in 5 minutes. Explained he was on his way to a call in Englewood and would be at my home around 10:30. 10:40 Kyle rang my doorbell and 11:40 he left for his next call. Issue solved, air is cool, all for a total of $12.00. There are still competent craftsmen and customer-centric companies around.

Started having AC problems on a Friday night. Of course, going into the weekend, almost no one is available. Jason from Grande Aire came out on a Saturday and figured out a quick fix for the issue- he really knew his stuff and was thorough in making sure that he fixed the problem 100%. Fee was very reasonable considering it was a Saturday. Service: A/C system repair

We are so happy with Grande Aire, their company, their service, their knowledge. John, who does the estimating (just one of the many hats he wears) was great when he came out recently to see what was happening with our vents & gave us valuable info, suggestions, and estimates to solve our issue. Then Josh came out to make the suggested adjustments to our equipment. He also gave us valuable info & suggestions to possibly prevent the vent issue from happening again, which was a first step test to see if we ultimately would have to replace our vents. We felt that they totally looked out for us. We feel very loyal to them. We’ve bought equipment from them, love their service policy on that equipment, and the great service followup.
