Russ was great! Installed a hot water recirculating pump, he was professional and reasonably priced. Plus he discovered that in our new construction home when the builder installed the hot water heater it was done with metals that would corrode and clog the pipe, he fixed that for us. That’s great customer service.
My wife and I had guests from out of state and the drain under our kitchen sink plugged up. I called RSA and got a hold of Russ, who came out in less than an hour and in 10 minutes had the drain unplugged. His prices are extremely reasonable. Russ is a master plumber. We'll be calling him if we have future plumbing issues.
Russ is professional, reasonably priced, honest, respectful, and just a great guy. He put a water heater in for us 2 days before Christmas and was beyond fair with his pricing. We use Russ for all our plumbing needs, including backflow testing.
