Residential Maintenance Solutions Inc (RMS)

I feel it is important to let others know my opinion, which is to stay away from this company. They remodeled 3 bathrooms for us, and we are very unhappy!! The biggest issue was with our 2nd story full bathroom. After completion, the inspector discovered the company never pulled the permit for this bathroom causing it to be re-done!!! The county inspector discovered a hole in the shower pan in one of the bathrooms, which had to be corrected (and good thing he did, or we would have had extensive damage through that hole into the ceiling).  Besides that, our grout in one of the bathrooms is constantly cracking.  One or more pipes were not secured and now make a "pinging" noise when hot water is used.  Our master bathroom has hardly any pitch in the shower floor and we now constantly have standing water as a result. The floor plans were ignored and the promised bench in the master shower was not built.  I could not be more disappointed in this entire project.  My opinion: STAY AWAY!!

On behalf of Mr.Burgio, I had an excellent time working with the RMS team. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always willing to help. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this business to others.

Work was almost completed with minor details left to be finished. RMS did not return when told about these uncompleted areas. They apparently were upset that I refused to pay them until they cleaned their tire marks off of my driveway that they left. After cleaning driveway, I paid them immediately. Several weeks later we requested quote for new projects which we wanted done. Owners son came out late, after not keeping his original appointment, then never submitted quote. We called him to follow up, no response. Service: Kitchen remodeling
