I had a serious mystery leak that flooded the master bathroom and contacted Aaron Crandall plumbing (I had used them previously with great success) Aaron and Dave are true professionals. They discovered a problem instantly with the shower valve and fixed that, but they took the time to check another bathroom and found a problem with a slow drip from the tank which had leaked through the baseboard and into the master bathroom causing the major flood. Had they not been so diligent it would have been a much more serious issue not to mention very costly. The had a water restoration contact me within minutes that showed up shortly thereafter. Lot’s to say about this company. As a top local realtor, I am asked constantly for good quality referrals. Well, Josh is NOT one of them. Josh (Aaron Crandall) charges very premium labor prices because he “guarantees” his work. But don’t ever call him afterward, because he won’t back anything. When a new facet starts leaking within a short time after install he won’t even come out to see what the problem is, of course not without a hefty surcharge. I used this company because a fellow co-worker thought he was good, but what do you know, he did the same exact issue with them. Over charged for a bathroom jacuzzi only to find out the work had an issue in the future which Josh wouldn’t back. Blaming it on “probably cheap, Amazon products,” all while the products were high grade from reputable plumbing stores. IF YOU WANT TO OVERPAY AND BE LEFT HANGING….Aaron Crandall is your guy.
