I had a serious mystery leak that flooded the master bathroom and contacted Aaron Crandall plumbing (I had used them previously with great success) Aaron and Dave are true professionals. They discovered a problem instantly with the shower valve and fixed that, but they took the time to check another bathroom and found a problem with a slow drip from the tank which had leaked through the baseboard and into the master bathroom causing the major flood. Had they not been so diligent it would have been a much more serious issue not to mention very costly. The had a water restoration contact me within minutes that showed up shortly thereafter. I highly recommend using their plumbing services. Josh came to my house and assessed the situation on our water heater. He explained how he would repair and the process. He did come in to a couple issues while working with calcium buildup and an electric problem from a surge. In the end we have a working water heater without replacing the whole thing. I never felt like I was pressured or being taken advantage of on the repair cost. It was all fair and clear from our conversations. On top of having excellent communication he also showed up quickly. That was important because I was leaving town and have renters coming in later this week. I’m so grateful for Josh’s help and level of professionalism!
