We have two units in our house it went out in the back bedroom area! We called Aloha and they immediately came out ordered the parts we needed and were there the next day! Then the other side had issues and they stayed to repair that and spend many hours at our home. No complaints and the tech was so pleasant and professional. We have dealt with Aloha for years and have never had a complaint!! Amazing company and service! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

My Carrier AC unit was installed in 2015. I change my filters regularly, & clean my coils with a waterhose, but my AC unit started unexpectedly turning off. I called Aloha AC last Saturday, & Jerry responded immediately. He told me to use a wet vacuum to suction out my AC's pvc drainage line, and it worked ????. My 2 big dogs & I are grateful for Jerry's advice on a hot summer Saturday. Service: A/C system maintenance
