He assessed my trouble quickly, had them find the part that would be needed to repair the issue, and was willing to talk to me about my concerns over whether I should consider getting a new furnace versus replacing the broken part on the existing furnace without trying to make me decide one way or the other. Then Ricky came over the same day and gave me an estimate on a new system, going over my options and seeing me up with financing. The next morning Shane and Nicholas arrived and tore out the old system and installed the new one. I had just again before dinner. Everyone was super friendly, vitreous and efficient.
