I had issues with my water maker which turned into issues with a bad board, which turned into a bad pump, and another bad pump. I also had an air handler throwing a High Pressure Fault. From start to finish, the process was seamless, easy and stress free. I now have full working systems again. Ben and Cristian were sent initially to troubleshoot what may be the issue, and then followed up with the repairs. Both Ben and Cristian were beyond knowledgeable and made a great team together. During their time onboard service goals were generally exceeded and commitments kept. They were both well mannered, kept their work space clean, and ensured I was informed of their findings and what needed to be done in order for the water maker to be back in working order. Elite Marine always gets us out of a pinch and squeezes us in when some thing breaks. Many times saving us thousands in refrigerated food products. Repairs our AC units last minute as well on numerous occasions.

We have used the services of Elite Marine on many occasions over the past 5 years, they are our "go to" company. Kevin Ballard and his team have provided us with a "stellar service". Most recently two members of Kevin's team Ben and Lucas have replaced one of our HVAC chilled water system plate cooler evaporators. This was not an easy task, the space was tight and required a lot of work to be done to gain access to the evaporator, removing it and replacing it took great skill and care, to not damage the surrounding equipment. Ben and Lucas got on with the task at hand, in a professional and safe manner. They were a pleasure to have working onboard our vessel (a super yacht), their "upbeat" manner and professional friendliness, whilst completing the work in good time, was greatly appreciated by the engineers on the vessel.
