Single workman arrived early; was well equipped with tools, equipment and necessary materials; listened politely and knew exactly what to do. He proved to be an excellent carpenter and very hard worker. All work was done on site with great patience and care and with excellent results. In one day he removed an old wooden gate; built a new gate from scratch; affixed the hinges, latch and new mounting posts; installed the new gate; removed all equipment and debris and swept the patio.
