I foolishly jammed an entire bowl of pasta down my garbage disposal (PSA: don’t do this.) After pouring down a variety of drain uncloggers, and creating a toxic sludge in the standing water in my sink, I called Rapid Rooter. I got called in for an appointment at noon and they were able to fit me in right away. My technician was so wonderful. He walked me through each and every step of the way of the issue. He marked my property to make it easy for me to figure out what was going on and had me reviewing the camera with him. Even though I have a major problem on my hands, I had an amazing technician.I’m happy they sent him to my house. I didn’t have to wait days like most company for the parts to come in , they had exactly what I needed on the truck and were able to fix my problem in that moment as to not pay added fees etc for them to come back out .
