Bought 2 HP from them 8 months ago. Just found out we paid well over the price (salesman,now fired) padded the price. Both went out at once and elderly person in the home. We had no time to check around and this company was only one to provide same day install. Boy were we screwed. 7 times the system failed… repairman and management involved can’t figure out why. All repairs made BUT TOO MANY BREAKDOWNS IN 8 months. Too many varied explanations and poor service. I’ve required local company to adjust my bill air remove both systems. Of course waiting and waiting..next step lets the courts decide. BEWARE IF THIS COMPANY……4.5 rating must be a fake. EMPLOYEE TURNOVER IS RAMPID AND THE REPAIRMANS STORIES OF MANAGEMENT ARE HORID. Beware BEWARE

I had a leaking air conditioner due to pipes being blocked. Roberto came out and in 30 seconds knew what the problem was. He went through the whole system with me and explained exactly what was happening and told me how to prevent the problem in the future. Roberto is great! I will be using him From now on!
