Generator Installation - The installation team was fantastic. The electrician assigned to our generator installation was very experienced with great communication skills. I would have given five stars if it was not for the experience with the initial sales rep assigned to us. Honestly, she should be fired for complete misrepresentation of installation dates, poor attitude and an overall threatening nature. But, after over 220 days - the installation was completed - and the system work perfectly.

The process from conception (explanation and bid) to Naples Gas inspecting the site for a 1000-gallon propane tank and its installation, as well as the install electricians, all did a great job while thoroughly explaining the entire process.
