We hired Ed and his employees to rewire our restaurant, do all the duct work in the ceiling, replace the lighting and tile ceilings. They were very professional, caring, efficient with time management, always showed up on time and did beautiful work. We loved them so much we hired them to do some repairs around the house and they did exactly what we asked with some creative thinking. We would DEFINITELY use them again! Berkshire Bay's employee, Sal Marchione, cost me 9000 gallons of water usage charges after he "repaired" my toilet. I wouldn't hire this company to hook up a child's sprinkler in my yard! There's no Bay in the Berkshores and there's NO talent in their employees!
Ed and his team came out and looked at what we needed done and we had an estimate of the cost in 24hours. We scheduled the appointment and Ed and team showed up on time completed the job just as promised. We are very happy with the results and have already referred Berkshire to our friends.
