William far exceeded my expectations! He was very knowledgeable about all of our equipment related to our AC/Air Handler. Very professional and took care of our issue so we had AC on a Saturday evening. Highly recommend!!! Manny was my technician and was awesome and knowledgeable. He was polite and respectful to my surroundings. My hot water heater broke and I did an online appointment in which they responded within minutes and told me a technician will be arriving the next morning to replace my heater. Manny called me to tell me he was in his way and I also received a text. He was so nice and easy to talk to and explained what he was going to do and gave me an estimate immediately after looking at my unit. I highly recommend Best Home Services for all you plumbing, air conditioning and electrical needs. ????

Anthony did a thorough job inspecting every plumbing contact throughout the house and provided a complete explanation of all his findings and conclusions for what needed to be done and why. He was courteous, answered all my questions, showed me why he made his recommendations. He really provided me an education in plumbing and what to watch out for. It was a very positive experience.
