I had a problem with my A/C and i contacted Best Home Services on Sunday, i was charged with $129 Sunday fee and no one showed up for appointment. They changed the appointment for Monday morning between 8am and 12 at noon again no one showed up and also i want to mention i am ( was, i canceled the membership) a premium member there. Was an bad experience and i don't recommend Best Home Services, there are others small companies who are really dedicated to fix your issues with A/C or other services. Sean came out initially to assess our AC issue. I was impressed by his friendliness, knowledge, & care as he answered all of our questions. ???????? Would definitely recommend Sean! Kyle came out as our installer. He, too, was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage had some furniture in it that I had been trying to get to the curb. He & the other installer moved the furniture! Wow!! ????!! They worked all day in the heat & got our AC up & running. I would definitely recommend Kyle. ????!! Karl came out to look at an issue with our light/ceiling fan. He was able to fix the issue, taking the time to explain what he was doing. I asked him about a couple of other issues & he took time to explain the issue & potential solutions. ???????? We needed some guidance with electrical work along with the replacement of a few outlets. Orestes was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving our issues. He was great. The service was a bit pricey but they were there same day and done quickly.
