From the minute they walked through the door, I felt like they were trying to upsell me. They ran their camera down my line, but couldn't go any further because of a blockage. Immediately, he started trying to sell me on a whole house sewer drain system repipe. While we do need to have some of our drain pipes re-done, some of them have already been repiped. We tried to explain that to him, but without even looking at the other pipes he said that they all need to be re-done. I don't know how he would know that without even looking at the pipes.
An unexpected meeting came up for me and dispatch was able to locate a tech available to arrive earlier. The tech also understood my time constraint and able to replace a part, drain the hot water tank and check all the water pressure. Service: Water heater installation
