Knowing that Empire is a small business and even located in downtown Fort Myers is to trust the company. They are located next to my office, and I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, trustworthy company to know, do business with, and spread a good word about. Freddie and Stephen were on point with communication. They were fast, explained the process, and made it easy - literally. Plumbing made EASY. It’s a novel concept, there’s a reason Empire has a growing reputation in the area. Do yourself a favor - call them if you need them. In service based businesses, all we have is our reputations. Freddy said his guys could get the whole home repipe done in a few days. It took over a week because he only allotted 1 guy for the job- the main was accidentally cut, that was a terrible experience, and to top it all off when I told him he needed to show himself and have a conversation with us about misleading us he didn't own it. He tried to turn it around on me, the customer, like he didn't have any control over how quickly the job would be finished and the expectations he set when he took the job.

I seriously owe this company more than they know. I am so grateful to have a friend who has referred me to them and it was a huge blessing. I'm so appreciative of the work they did in a timely fashion. Definitely a man of his word. Kind.. reasonable..and responsive thank you again for your generosity and understanding.
