We lost our back up electrical generator in the storm surge of Hurricane Ian. Our electrician, Adam Seys, was on time, knowledgable, and creative in helping us implement a new solution. In addition to wiring in a new manual switch, surge protector, and portable generator connection input, Adam also removed and secured the wiring and infrastructure we had in place for our old system and transfer switch. He also provided clear step by step instructions for the set up of the new portable. His service exceeded our expectations, and we now have the peace of mind in knowing that we are ready for any future power interruptions. We were very pleased with the communication and service we received from Adam at Mr. Sparky.

Rick was great! He got to my house sooner than expected, explained what he was doing and we discovered the issue was actually a leg of power had disconnected from the main power line so he made the call to FPL for me!!
