Optima arrived promptly on time as scheduled.The two engineers named Sam and Andy performed excellent service in replacing my whole air conditioning system both internal and external with a UV light, along with a brand new wi-fi controlled thermal stat, something for which I am very pleased with. The whole job was carried out very professionally, competently. I found Sam and Andy very responsible to my inquires and they left my house in a very good condition, I was very pleased with their quality of workman ship that they provided in my house.
