Had a capacitor go dead causing my unit to shut off. I knew I had to call Optimum Air after receiving exceptional regular maintenance service from Sam a couple months ago. This time Patrick came and also provided a perfect customer service experience. Pat was able to show up early the next morning after my call (super thankful because my house was very hot with no AC), and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem while also providing knowledge to me along the way.
