Plumbing Nerds had great customer service. I was in constant contact on the day of the service. Jacob was professional and made sure the job was done to perfection. This had been an ongoing issue that was resolved! The office followed up to make sure I was happy. Wonderful locally owned business. Service: Toilet repair
Needed flap in toilet tank replaced and tank tightened up. Scheduled for Saturday but couldn’t get to me until Monday morning. They changed out the tank with all new parts. After 4 hours the toilet was working perfectly at a cost of over $600.00. Service: Toilet repair
Made urgent Saturday call and they showed up 2hrs later. Joe was awesome, fixed the issue and was great to talk to and a true craftsman! I’ll definitely call again.
