Artie LaFlamme was great to work with. He provided detailed estimates on the replacement of the 20yr old roofs on both my house and a rental. The permit process took about two weeks and the replacement of both roofs took about the same time. This was a quick process, the pricing was better than other estimates I received and Artie was in constant communication throughout giving me updates.
