Avoid this place at all costs! Pro Mag of Ft. Pierce solicited my parents for a system cleaning my parents are elderly with dementia and Ac was working fine they told my mom the ac had a leak and that they needed a new system, talked my elderly mom into purchasing a unit at over $8000 for 2 ton unit on a 1000 sq ft house then got her to do financing with ally and sign on his cell phone. My mother didn't know what company it was financed through or the total amount. This company committted Fraud and elder abuse do not trust them. Currently have reported the matter to St Lucie Sheriff Dept Econopic Crimes Division, Depart of Business of Professional Regulation and to the Attorney General Senior Protection Team for investigation Update to owner response: Parents didn't decide to replace their AC they were lied to and pressured by your Tech Chris and they were not happy about it and definitely did not call to tell you how happy they were with your service. This goes to
