This company has been my "go-to" for at least 10 years for a reason - friendly, reliable, and quality work. Time finally came for a complete A/C replacement (today). They (Jon and Woody) arrived 9AM sharp, and were out by 12:30, after thoroughly and understandably explaining everything from system operation to tips on how to maintain system and prolong its life. The technicians who installed my previous unit (14 years ago) took twice the time, and just didn't seem to take the time to educate me once done. Bottom line. . . yet another very pleasant experience from the Climate Makers :) Update (9/21/2022): In the process of "auditioning" a Solar panelling installer, we pulled up a 12-month-history of my electricity bills, and the salesman was VERY surprised at how low my monthly bills were (relative to houses of similar size). From the first estimate by Eddie to the most recent follow up by Mike, Climate Makers has been outstanding. I probably had at least ten estimates before selecting Climate Makers for our new AC. Eddie was the most straightforward and knowledgeable of them all. When we delayed purchasing a new unit, Eddie reviewed and confirmed the specifics of a new unit when we came back to him later. The installation was done professionally and efficiently by Jonathan and his crew, answering all questions and providing plenty of info. Eddie then went above and beyond in ensuring we received any rebates and discounts. Jason did a great job fixing an AC problem that another company caused. They wired the overflow shut off sensor wrong and it failed to shut off when the drain pipe clogged. This led to a water fall coming down from the attic. In a short time Jason got it working right and showed me how to prevent clogged lines in the future. Also did 2 other jobs for us and did great work. They are a great local business who values their customers and providers reliable quality service. Would recommend them for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.
