Robert repaired the siding on our home so it could pass inspection to sell. When the buyers agent wasn’t satisfied he came right back out to the house and fixed the areas she was concerned with and made it clear he would make himself available if there were any issues during the inspection. First time he was scheduled to come, I had my mom at my house waiting his arrival. Two hours later I find out he had called me but never came by my house for quote. I work 7AM to 6PM, without my phone on me. This was on me, I should’ve been more thorough. Gave him my mom’s number as she would be at the house. Second scheduled time, again no show. He contacted me, couldn’t make it but would be there first thing in the next morning. When he didn’t show this time, my mother tried to reach out to him and no response.
