He has been the most reliable service provider I have found in The Villages area. I wish he could handle all my home repair and improvement needs! He shows up when he says he will, does an excellent job, and actually followed up to make sure things were OK. He repaired the roof on both our lanais, replaced the screens, and the vinyl in several windows. The father and son team worked diligently, both are true gentlemen! He called me after the first rain following the roof repair to make sure there were no leaks!! No one has ever done that for us before in any job we have ever had done here or in Ohio.
