Bill was amazing! He showed up on time. The text message Munns sends you for appointment updates has Bill’s profile picture and work bio. He completely cleaned my Air Con and Air Handler. I learned those terms from Bill. He even volunteered to install my Amazon thermostat which ended up being defective and we put on the old one after 4 attempts lol. Bills a great guy and really helped this disabled veteran family. Lost cooling in the house as temps hovered around 85. Marcos installed a new compressor working briefly in the rain. Excellent work and cleanup. House is now cooling down. Service: A/C system repair
Darrin could not have been more personable, knowledgeable or diligent during the routine maintenance of our A/C units. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and was extremely thorough.
