This company replaced our roof in 2019 after Hurricane Michael. The contractor that did the work did not explain anything that was being done, did not give us accurate estimates of how long things were going to take, and did not make a single call in our direction. All calls for information were instigated by me. Three years later my roof was leaking, we called the company to fix the roof that was still well within the warranty time from September to January I called once a week for an update and with each call I was told that I would be called back, I never was. We were finally given the number of a man who was working for the contractor who had done the initial installment and was supposed to be doing the repairs. By this time the first contractor changed his number and we were no longer able to contact him and he was not contacting us. The new man responded to us promptly and within two days had found the material that was needed; the same material that the original contractor said

We put a new metal roof on our house last year with Atlantic. Shane was responsive, trustworthy, and ran business fairly. There was a surprise rain after the roof was installed, before the adhesive on some vents were dry. Shane came right back and repaired the drips. The roof looks great and the guys worked quickly!
