On a very hot Sunday, I discovered my air wasn’t working. My first thought was to call Bounds Heating & Air as I had heard of their great service (and I wouldn’t be over charged due to it being Sunday) and honesty. They did not disappoint! My unit had several issue and Ramon showed me what happened and, clearly, explained what he needed to do. Ramon is the best heat/air technician I have ever dealt with. I will use Bounds for servicing my unit from here on. Thank you Bounds and Ramon!
Our technician, Brian, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, very informative, answering all our questions.
