Great experience using Bounds. They were very quick to respond first thing in the morning to my message and start communication on when they could come out. The technician was helpful and informative. Would highly recommend!
I have used Bounds for several years and in each case they have done outstanding work. Each time, they communicate, in advance, details of the work they will be doing. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. We have had two failures with out HVAC during the summer. Bounds responded to our emergency immediately. First, their operator dispatched a technician that same day, and gave me easy to follow instructions as to what to do with our system until the technician arrived. I highly recommend Bounds. We were Alexander’s last call of the day, but he kept a professional and provided the service we needed to get our unit back up and working efficiently. He surveyed all possible issues, answered all of our questions, and let us know that we needed to use a better quality filter. Price was fair and much appreciated. We will call them again.
