Mr. Charles , 30 + years in the business and it shows . He explained everything in detail to us as well as show us the origin of the leak . His knowledge of plumbing even taught me things that I never knew before . He was quick to answer our call , even when an emergency occurred on a Sunday . Mike was EXCELLENT! I'm a first-time home owner and this was my first plumbing issue. I called up Gator Leak & Drain and they let me know that they'd come out at their first availability. I was even able to send them a text with a picture of the problem, since I don't know anything about these types of issues. Less than 24 hours later Mike was knocking on my door. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough and has an eye for detail. He not only made sure that the leak was repaired perfectly, but he also did not leave a single drop of water or smudge of dirt in the area he worked. Call these folks, they'll treat you well and leave water where its supposed to be! EDIT: My toilet had a problem and they replaced the whole thing on the same day that I texted them!
