J.W. Freeman provides top-notch service! We were able to schedule our repair within 4 days and the company was easy to communicate with before, during and after our repair was made. Great company! We've used their services several times and they are always professional, timely, and do a great job. Will absolutely call on them for future plumbing needs.
After 2 service calls ( $300+ total) the problem was not recognized and blamed on my tenants not using the shower properly. When we pointed on a leak it took multiple visits and after all we were left with another problem: broken tiles. Highly frustrated with this company, would not recommend it to anyone.
