North Central Florida Air Conditioning

North Central Florida Air Conditioning is not the company that install my AC unit. A unit I have had for less than a year. However, I called the company that did install my unit to get service or even troubleshoot over the phone. I was told their technician were out in the field and there was no one to help. But I could wait until they were able to send a technician out tomorrow between 2 and 4. Dispute me telling them my home was reading 79 degrees inside. I called the owners son for assistance. NO ANSWER. I called 5 emergency AC companies and North Central Florida Air Condition was the only company that cared enough to call. Clearly a company that stand behind their word. I spoke to a technician named Trey, he was the nicest, most professional, knowledgeable, transparent and trustworthy person I have ever met in this industry! Trey disclosed based on the prior calls that were ahead of me, he possibly won’t be able to get to my home until around 10-11 this evening . He ask if it would

I love it when a business is honest and trustworthy! I want to broadcast this, as an example to businesses that are not. If you want a crew that is professional, experienced, friendly, trustworthy, and polite, then this is the HVAC company for you. Their leader, Raymond Walsh, is a good man with great integrity, and he has hired like-minded men. Integrity “flows downhill”, also.
