The men at Performance H & A are a great bunch of guys, they are very honest and professional, they show up on time and never try to sell you anything not needed. I would recommend Performance to anyone. I even had the men take care of my Mothers Home within the last few days and they did an excellent job. 8/1/2022. We have used this company for yearly service, repairs, and to install several AC units at different homes we've lived in in the last 6 years. Tom has always been VERY helpful. He fits us into his schedule for repairs as soon as he can. He knows his trade and AC/HVAC units. He's honest and knows how to fix what's broken. He'll tell you which brands he's having a difficult time getting parts for and which AC brands are more reliable to install. Today's visit was due to an older unit crashing. The motor went out because a fan blade was warped. The unit was off balance so it made the motor fail. He came after 5 pm on a Friday, after his other job finished. I was so grateful we didn't have to wait until Monday. Not only did he repair the unit, but went the extra mile by searching for reasons it failed. He found out the previous owner had been using "homemade" air filters in the unit. It was some type of green artificial turf they cut to fit where the filter was supposed t
