Our story begins when our GRU water bill was triple the amount. The GRU tech came by the next day and said we had a leak. We called Premier Plumbing and Leak Detection. They came out two days later and stated we had no leak. They did not charge me for it because they could immediately see it in the meter without pulling out equipment. We have galvanized pipes and know it’s a matter of time before we had to repipe the entire house. We asked for a quote. It was several thousand dollars cheaper than two other companies that quoted us several years back. We decided to book them now then when it’s an emergency. David and Justin came out a few days later and finished the entire house in two days. They put a shut off valve on the side of the house so I don’t need to walk out to the street anymore to turn it off at the meter in emergency situations. They were both very courteous and kind. Despite hearing nothing but bad things about Premier Plumbing, we decided to still take a chance and use their service. Lesson learned. Highly unprofessional from onsite workers to management. Quality of repair - not good and now having to hire different plumbers to fix and repair their mistakes. Can understand the workers maybe being new or not having a lot of experience but the management is extremely unprofessional and rude and should not be running any business.

On July 5, 2023 I requested a service call to replace the mixer in my shower (shower cartridge). The plumber came out the next day but didn't replace the mixer. Instead he adjusted it. It still was not working correctly so he came out again on July 13, 2023. I was scheduled for July 12th but the plumber did not show up nor call. I was not charged an additional labor service fee on July 13th. It still was not working properly so I called for the mixer to finally be replaced as I had requested in the first place. It was replaced on July 18th, 2023. I was shocked to see that I was charged for parts AND labor. The plumber called the office twice to no avail (I have no issue with the way the service technician treated me, although having me fill out a "How did we do" form BEFORE handing me the bill and in front of the person I was evaluating wasn't right).
