After getting exhausted looking to buy items for my DIY project, I got to the right place “Stellar Services”. While other AC places didn’t want to sell to me because I am not licensed or have an account with them, Danielle (hope I get the correct spelling) made my day with a 5 ⭐️ service and made the parts accessible to me. I had a fantastic experience scheduling my HVAC maintenance appointment with this company. The customer service representative I spoke with (Danielle) was incredibly friendly and helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to book an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. Danielle was patient in answering all of my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received and would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

We called on a Friday morning after our AC went out the prior evening. They worked hard to get us in a busy schedule. The tech, James, was able to come early and completed a very professional job in a timely manner. He was courteous, explained things well (even took internal pictures to show what had happened) and got the house cool again. AC problems are never fun but this went as smoothly as one could hope.
